The 3-bedroom apartment with balcony has 2 bathrooms, they both have showers. We have also a superior 2-bedroom apartment, which has 3 bathrooms, two with showers, one with a bathtub.

We would like to book August 5th to 9th, 2022 but will prefer to pay by credit card, we will be traveling, so wire-transfer will be to difficult for us to handle

We always take the payments with credit card, so no problem with that!

Hello, Before check in you can leave the luggage inside the apartment, at the entrance. For the check out we do not have a storage room to be able to leave the bags, at the most we can keep the lugagge at reception until 2:00 p.m.

One last question. Is smoking allowed on the private Terrace in the 3 bedroom apartment?

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, however if the apartment has a terrace or a balcony you can smoke outside.

Hi, The keys to the apartments are manual. There is three apartments on the 4rth floor, which are reached with the elevator, and two apartments in the attic, to which you need to walk one floor.

A great place to stay in Barcelona with enough luxury to make staying a truly pleasurable experience
The location is perfect, the quality of the Apartment is excellent and it is fairly quiet to say you are in the middle of a busy city- this is because the apartments face inside the quadrangle rather than onto the street side so you look onto small garden areas and other apartments as well as a Gaudi building. Carmen and her staff were really helpful and friendly and there were plenty of local 24/7 shops, bakeries and coffee shops so it was easy to stock up on essentials - beer wine milk etc
